PAYMENT AND RESERVATION TERMS

  1. Methods of Payment

Reservations can be paid using the following methods:

  • Debit or credit card via our website
  • Google Pay ???
  • Apple Pay. ???

All online payments are processed through secure payment systems.

  • Cash or debit/credit card payments available at the reception (for additional services only)
  1. Reservation Confirmation

After completing a reservation and entering correct information, the client will receive a confirmation email within approximately 5 minutes.

The confirmation email includes:

  • Reservation number
  • Booking details
  • Payment information
  • Applicable terms and conditions

If the client does not receive a confirmation email, they should contact us immediately.

  1. Responsibility

HOTELLERIE SOFIA Ltd. is not responsible for:

  • Incorrectly entered personal or contact information
  • Errors in the email address provided
  • Delays caused by technical issues outside our control

It is the client’s responsibility to verify that all provided information (Number of guests, Check-in and check-out dates, Room type) is accurate before finalizing the reservation.
