GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or making a reservation.
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between HOTELLERIE SOFIA EOOD, UIC 148052157, registered address: 132 Mimi Balkanska Str., 1540 Sofia, Bulgaria (hereinafter referred to as “the Merchant”), and the users of the website www.airportstay.bg (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
By accessing the Website, making a reservation, or using the services provided at the property located at 132 Mimi Balkanska Str., Sofia, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms.
- Definitions
Website – www.airportstay.bg, an online platform for accommodation reservations.
User / Client – any individual or legal entity accessing the Website, viewing its content, or making a reservation.
Service – accommodation and related services offered through the Website.
Reservation – a request made by the User to purchase accommodation services under the conditions stated on the Website.
Confirmation – confirmation of a reservation after successful payment, followed by an email or SMS notification to the User.
- Use of the Website
2.1. By accessing or using the Website, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.
2.2. The Website is intended for persons over 18 years of age who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
2.3. The User is responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation.
2.4. If the User does not agree with these Terms, they must refrain from using the Website and its services.
- Accommodation Services
3.1. The Merchant undertakes to provide accommodation to customers with confirmed reservations.
3.2. Apartment size ranges from approximately 38 to 40 m².
3.3. Check-in is after 12:00 PM. Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
Reception and key collection are handled at the ibis Hotel reception (24/7). Guests must present the name under which the reservation was made.
3.4. Reservations are non-refundable in case of cancellation. No additional fee applies for no-show.
3.5. For stays longer than one month, the guest should contact the management to clarify domicile procedures.
3.6. If a reservation is made by a third party, that party is responsible for all contractual obligations unless otherwise agreed by the Merchant.
- Parking
4.1. The Merchant provides parking services near Sofia Airport, including underground parking.
Bookings are made on a separate website, via a direct link
4.2. The Merchant is not liable for damage, theft, accidents, or loss of items from vehicles caused by third parties.
4.3. In case of emergency, guests should contact on-site security or the Merchant’s operator.
- Prices and Payments
5.1. All prices are displayed in EUR.
5.2. Payment for reservations is made via the online payment platform available on the Website.
5.3. Additional services (e.g., breakfast, parking) may be paid on-site in cash or by debit/credit card in EUR.
5.4. The Merchant reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one confirmed at the time of booking.
- Liability
6.1. The Merchant is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Website.
6.2. The Merchant is not responsible for content or services accessed via external links.
6.3. The Merchant is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the Website.
- Force Majeure
7.1. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).
7.2. The affected party must notify the other party promptly.
7.3. If the force majeure event continues for more than 15 days, either party may terminate the agreement without liability.
- Dispute Resolution
8.1. Any disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement.
8.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be referred to the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria in accordance with Bulgarian law.
- Final Provisions
9.1. The Merchant reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
9.2. Continued use of the Website after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
9.3. Images displayed on the Website are real and not differ from the actual accommodation.
