Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or making a reservation.<\/span><\/p>

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between <\/span>HOTELLERIE SOFIA EOOD<\/b>, UIC 148052157, registered address: 132 Mimi Balkanska Str., 1540 Sofia, Bulgaria (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Merchant\u201d), and the users of the website <\/span>www.airportstay.bg<\/b><\/a> (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cWebsite\u201d).<\/span><\/p>

By accessing the Website, making a reservation, or using the services provided at the property located at 132 Mimi Balkanska Str., Sofia, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms.<\/span><\/p>

  1. Definitions<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

    Website<\/b> \u2013 <\/span>www.airportstay.bg<\/span><\/a>, an online platform for accommodation reservations.<\/span><\/p>

    User \/ Client<\/b> \u2013 any individual or legal entity accessing the Website, viewing its content, or making a reservation.<\/span><\/p>

    Service<\/b> \u2013 accommodation and related services offered through the Website.<\/span><\/p>

    Reservation<\/b> \u2013 a request made by the User to purchase accommodation services under the conditions stated on the Website.<\/span><\/p>

    Confirmation<\/b> \u2013 confirmation of a reservation after successful payment, followed by an email or SMS notification to the User.<\/span><\/p>

    1. Use of the Website<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

      2.1. By accessing or using the Website, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.<\/span><\/p>

      2.2. The Website is intended for persons over 18 years of age who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.<\/span><\/p>

      2.3. The User is responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation.<\/span><\/p>

      2.4. If the User does not agree with these Terms, they must refrain from using the Website and its services.<\/span><\/p>

      1. Accommodation Services<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

        3.1. The Merchant undertakes to provide accommodation to customers with confirmed reservations.<\/span><\/p>

        3.2. Apartment size ranges from approximately 38 to 40 m\u00b2.<\/span><\/p>

        3.3. \u00a0 \u00a0 Check-in is after 12:00 PM. \u00a0 Check-out is before 11:00 AM.<\/span>
        <\/span>Reception and key collection are handled at the ibis Hotel reception (24\/7). Guests must present the name under which the reservation was made.<\/span><\/p>

        3.4. Reservations are non-refundable in case of cancellation. No additional fee applies for no-show.<\/span><\/p>

        3.5. For stays longer than one month, the guest should contact the management to clarify domicile procedures.<\/span><\/p>

        3.6. If a reservation is made by a third party, that party is responsible for all contractual obligations unless otherwise agreed by the Merchant.<\/span><\/p>

        1. Parking<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

          4.1. The Merchant provides parking services near Sofia Airport, including underground parking.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

          Bookings are made on a separate website, via a direct link<\/span><\/p>

          4.2. The Merchant is not liable for damage, theft, accidents, or loss of items from vehicles caused by third parties.<\/span><\/p>

          4.3. In case of emergency, guests should contact on-site security or the Merchant\u2019s operator.<\/span><\/p>

          1. Prices and Payments<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

            5.1. All prices are displayed in EUR.<\/span><\/p>

            5.2. Payment for reservations is made via the online payment platform available on the Website.<\/span><\/p>

            5.3. Additional services (e.g., breakfast, parking) may be paid on-site in cash or by debit\/credit card in EUR.<\/span><\/p>

            5.4. The Merchant reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one confirmed at the time of booking.<\/span><\/p>

            1. Liability<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

              6.1. The Merchant is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Website.<\/span><\/p>

              6.2. The Merchant is not responsible for content or services accessed via external links.<\/span><\/p>

              6.3. The Merchant is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the Website.<\/span><\/p>

              1. Force Majeure<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                7.1. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).<\/span><\/p>

                7.2. The affected party must notify the other party promptly.<\/span><\/p>

                7.3. If the force majeure event continues for more than 15 days, either party may terminate the agreement without liability.<\/span><\/p>

                1. Dispute Resolution<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                  8.1. Any disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement.<\/span><\/p>

                  8.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be referred to the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria in accordance with Bulgarian law.<\/span><\/p>

                  1. Final Provisions<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                    9.1. The Merchant reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.<\/span><\/p>

                    9.2. Continued use of the Website after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.<\/span><\/p>
