  1. Methods of Payment<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

    Reservations can be paid using the following methods:<\/span><\/p>

    • Debit or credit card via our website<\/span><\/li>
    • Google Pay ???<\/span><\/li>
    • Apple Pay. ???<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      All online payments are processed through secure payment systems.<\/span><\/p>

      • Cash or debit\/credit card payments available at the reception (for additional services only)<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
        1. Reservation Confirmation<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

          After completing a reservation and entering correct information, the client will receive a confirmation email within approximately 5 minutes.<\/span><\/p>

          The confirmation email includes:<\/span><\/p>

          • Reservation number<\/span><\/li>
          • Booking details<\/span><\/li>
          • Payment information<\/span><\/li>
          • Applicable terms and conditions<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            If the client does not receive a confirmation email, they should contact us immediately.<\/span><\/p>

              HOTELLERIE SOFIA Ltd. is not responsible for:<\/span><\/p>

              • Incorrectly entered personal or contact information<\/span><\/li>
              • Errors in the email address provided<\/span><\/li>
              • Delays caused by technical issues outside our control<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                It is the client\u2019s responsibility to verify that all provided information (Number of guests, Check-in and check-out dates, Room type) is accurate before finalizing the reservation.<\/b><\/p>
